Lehigh Valley Meats is an inspected facility (USDA Inspection #45160)

Your animal or animals will be inspected before and after slaughter according to USDA Requirements. The inspector may, at his discretion, trim away part of the carcass or condemn all of the carcass if found to be unfit for human consumption.

Lehigh Valley Meats is not responsible for any animal or animals until they have been safely and securely unloaded into our pens.

Lehigh Valley Meats will provide a secure corral for your animal or animals while they await slaughter. If your animal or animals become sick, injured or die before slaughter, Lehigh Valley Meats will not be held responsible.

All animals must be delivered in a properly ventilated livestock trailer or truck. All animals will be handled in a professional manner according to all Humane Handling Laws.

Harvest, chill (lots of 6 or more): $45/head
Harvest, chill (over 320 dressed wt.): $65/head

Rendering fee per hog: $6.25

Individual hog (cut and package) : $1.39 (cut, package, ground pork, weight label, box, & freeze)
Individual hogs (more than one): $1.29 (cut, package, ground pork, weight label, box, & freeze)

Curing and Smoking: $1.25 (slice, package, and weight label)
Sausage (1 lb. rope or 1 lb. bulk): $1.25

Beef

Retail ready (whole beef only, no sides): $1.10 (label, weight, customer’s black and white logo, box and freeze)

Freezer beef whole or by the side (custom cut): $0.98

Freezer beef by the quarter (quarters will match or they will be standard cut): $1.10

Retail/Freezer beef dressing under 550 pounds: $1.35
